Provide Helpdesk Phone support and desktop support for in house and remote users in a Window 10, 11 & Mac Monterey, Ventura, Catalina operating systems environment via Remote help application and in person.

Reset Network passwords via Active Directory, and make sure users account had appropriate license for various applications, including Office 365, Adobe Suite and Adobe Pro, make sure account are in the correct network groups for accessing network share drives.

Setup new hires laptops, with all needed applications, and if remote, sent via UPS overnight 3 days prior of starting date,. assist with initial login setup, which includes Configured Office 365 Outlook, MS Teams, Drop Box, One Drive, Zoom, and connect the Laptops to the appropriate Network share drive

Replaced out of warranty units with new equipment such as HP 440G6, 840, Dell 5410, 5420, 7520, 7530, MacBook 13” 14” 16” M1, M2, Jabra, and Polytech wireless headset for new in house and remote employees. Installed monitors, Keyboard mouse, network printers as well as local printers.

Updated daily ticket as well as inventory using Cherwell Service Management system.
