Responsible for imaging laptops and desktops for both users and lab equipment, using a local server for the image process via Autopilot imaging.

Setup laptops for new hires as well as replacement laptops for issues with users current systems.

Worked both local and remote tickets for customers resolutions.

Worked with Remote Desktop Connection to administer Temp admin rights for users, and SCCM Remote to go in to user’s laptops and perform necessary software installation, also installed local and network printers on user’s systems remotely.

Used Active Directory Users and Computers and Active Directory Administrative to locate user’s current employment status, verify user’s identity, and originally used to reset passwords but changed to different system.

Utilized Admin Console to reenable desktop and laptops off network for 2 or more months.

Resolved issues with user’s laptop including hardware and software issues, logging all calls in a web-based ticketing system.

Registered all user’s equipment including UCB iPhones and iPads in a web-based ticketing, and tracking system, this gave users all access rights to necessary software for proper function when on the road.

Ensured all conference rooms and room schedulers were up and running properly, as well as the conference systems in each room, each used a combination of WebOS and Devios devices so users can connect a USB cable to project their screen to a large screen TV connected.
