Responsible for facilitating daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings.

Project: PatientCareOntario – It is a very complex integrated project having multiple complex systems communicating with each other using EDI X12 formats/messaging system. The patient X-Ray reports were referred by family doctors to specialists thereby maintaining the history of the patient through this application. All patient records were added/maintained through this application to keep a single source of truth.

Responsible to continuously interact with multiple stakeholders and SME of that product.

Responsible for directly interacting with patients to fill their demographic details on iPAD.

Responsible for interacting with patients to explain them different virtual reality tools on their Mini IPAD through which they get a feel good factor.

Project: Wound Records- This complex application uses a software which takes picture of the wounds of patients and it does analysis of the time taken for the recovery of the wound.

Project: MyUHC – It is an Optum Healthcare database application that contains diseases, critical illness, claims, coverages, insurance plans of patients. I was actively involved in full Dev and QA lifecycle and taking complete ownership of code/testing activities for critical modules like claims, critical illness, insurance plans and member enrolment which had 40-50 screens to traverse
