Food is my passion and true calling. I've worked my way from dishwasher to Chef de Cuisine, learning every job in between. I am always inspired and love to discover new ways to present delicious and inspiring food. I am a leader and teacher who enjoys sharing my culinary knowledge with others, striving to assemble the best collection of staff who enjoy their experience of coming to work daily. I am an experienced Chef and Butcher, with Catering & Banquet Planning & Execution, Estimating, Management, and Scheduling, etc. with a keen eye on profitability and success! I have worked as a Personal Chef, feeding as few as 1 person and hundreds for weddings, celebrations, corporate events, and more!

I feel my next role will take form in Restaurant Management, focusing on these major areas: Menu creation and/or improvement; Hiring qualified staff and mentoring them to enjoy what they do while improving overall efficiency; Inventory control and streamlining; budgets; and working with other members of management in achieving the greatest success for everyone involved! I am eager to share my knowledge and help guide the next generation of aspiring chefs to join my rank.
