Expected to meet and exceed the organisation's performance and delivery goals, as a Senior Project Manager, responsible for managing the projects within DGDA contracts, responsible for the overall management and implementation of the project, including but not limited to day-to-day operations of the infrastructure-related projects and shall provide services to the various donors, partners, and beneficiaries. DGDA Projects has a detention dam and 274 wells in addition to the proposal of five hotels to be built in Wadi Safar area.

The purpose of this task order is for the consultant to undertake condition surveys on the dam and the wells and provide a report detailing the current condition of the assets and recommendation for any proposed remediation that might be required. To inspect the dam and all ancillary structures and features, including the spillway, outlet channel, outlet headwall, downstream groynes etc. In Addition, Inspecting and surveying the condition of all 274 wells inside the Wadi Safar development boundary.

Also working with MiSK City projects (Schools, Experience Centre, Infrastructures projects and other) as a supervision consultant, this is what I was working on, responsibilities included:

• Use of Early Production Facilities (EPF) to provide a fast-track solution to accelerate cash flow.

• Rapidly designing, constructing, and operating these complexes, this is the main part of my team duty.

• Continuous use of remote installations with the use of several technologies as well as engineering skills.

• EPF proficiency includes extensive in-house experience and historical data which helps analyse various field development scenarios; concluding in a design that meets the clients’ short or long-term requirements.

• Working on the water systems, aim was to provide complete turnkey project services, from the tendering phase through to project commissioning. The results were fast, cost-effective delivery of production facilities and early cash flow for the clients.

As a senior engineer / project manager, working for Schlegel Consulting Engineers it is a major water supply project in Iraq, with this experience in water supply (not wastewater, or buildings) projects were:

This project will supply fresh water with a capacity of 16,000 m3 per hour for Al Naser City (Southern Iraq) plus a full road pipe networks around 15 km with all required facilities.

As a Senior Engineer, I have worked on design and construction projects for London Underground Ltd. to upgrade 12 Sub-stations within LU Stations with Central Line, LUL (London Underground Ltd.) planned to increase the numbers of train’s service in Central Line. Duties included Feasibility Reports, Geotechnical Investigation, Planning drawings, Construction drawings, and Supervision during the project construction and As Built drawings.

• Involved in part of a team working on designing and constructing telecommunication projects for the National Grid Wireless (NGW), to provide Performer reports, project planning, prelim/detailed design followed by construction drawings. The Design was based on customer requirements and statutory and regulatory requirements from initial conception through to maintenance and ultimately demolition considerations.

Managing a team of engineers dealing with pile solution system with two types of foundations using a latest design program (SOFISTIK) and (CADS) Ground Engineering for pile design, the first is Housedeck and the second is Domestic Underpinning which transfers the load of a distressed structure for the existing building to a suitable bearing stratum below ground, while taking into account the possible effects of ground heave, subsidence or negative skin friction that may be imposed upon the system. I am also responsible for a small structures team tasked with Jacking & moving structures that suffer from subsidence. The Housedeck department gave me the opportunity to deal with problems associating with excavations, unstable ground, bad weather and ground water. TCI Ltd (Oxford, UK) - [Civil Engineer]
