Maintenance/service of boilers, chillers and water towers. I replace valves and gaskets on steam and water lines, repair any electrical and plumbing throughout the hospital and any outlying buildings. Maintain vacuum and oxygen systems, repair, maintain and service a/c units including outlying buildings. Replace and/or repair toilets, sinks, doors, lights and light fixtures, tiles, and simple roof repair for the hospital and outlying buildings. Provide any support during hurricanes or other times when necessary.

Maintained and controlled the boilers. Serviced and changed the belts on electrical motors. Millwright work on carts and kilns. Plumbing on steam lines and electrical work on motors and drives. Drove tow motors and man lifts.

Installation and servicing of heating and cooling heat pumps, water source and electric and gas heat and hot water heaters. Plumbing and electrical on installation units and houses as needed. Supervised crews for jobs as well as called on new accounts.
