•Working in operation department looking overall production 428, 420,25H Cold Forging and Pin bush.

•Making Production monitoring master files in which process cycle time, production capacity chart, inventory management, issue- receipt register,weekly manpower planning.

•Prepare SOP for the processes critical to the implementation of production planning & control system

•Looking TPM work in which ZERO BAD Target through line balancing, Pareto Analysis, Quality Circles, Min/Max level of stock, OPL, Kaizen suggestion implemented.

Project Title: Productivity of Cold Forging 428Roller (20% )

Responsibilities: As the Project Owner my main responsibilities are:

•Calculate the capacity of all 18nos. machines

•Reduce the size of motor pulley and increase the RPM of machines.

•Redesign the machine motor pulley and cost analysis.

•Cost v/s savings calculations

Project Title: Manpower Reduction in Assembly (5M.P )

Responsibilities: As the Project Owner my main responsibilities are:

•Eliminate the manual feeding of RLP and PLP on Hopper.

•Install the vibro instrument on hopper and make the chute of RLP, PLP, Roller for automatic feeder.

•Reduce the non value aided process and saving of 5M.P.

Engineer (Production) (April 2012 – Nov 2016)

Responsibilities: As an Engineer my main responsibilities are:

•Working in Operation department looking Cold Rolling 4 Hi Mill.

•Working on shop floor improvement activities and process engineering to improve the productivity and reducing cost.

•Follow up of material supplies from vendors.

•Making & monitoring Daily MIS report of all the production departments and reporting to Top management & taking corrective and preventive actions regarding Inventory Reduction, Production Plan Adherence.
