CAREER OVERVIEW:

I began my career in construction in 1982 as a union apprentice carpenter. I completed my union apprenticeship and received my Journeymen’s Certificate in September of 1986. During the past 40 years I have worked my way from apprentice to journeyman to lead carpenter to foreman to highly reputable General Contractor to Project Superintendent and Owner’s Representative for Sand Hill Construction Management, and currently, Senior Superintendent for Novo Construction, Inc.. I have learned and mastered my craft through years of hard work, dedication and commitment to advancing my knowledge in the building science industry.

EXPERIENCE:

• Novo Construction: 2021 to present. Senior Superintendent, Gilead Sciences 59,000 square foot 2 story TI including office space, break rooms, Autoclaves, Glasswash, BSL 2 and BSL3 Labs. Gilead Sciences 19,000 square foot Pre- Clinical Research Center (Vivarium)

• South Bay Construction Inc.: 2017 to 2021. Project Superintendent, 120-unit Main Street Cupertino Lofts Residences, Marriott Residence Inn Cupertino CA. Calix- 60,000 square foot 2 story Tenant Improvement, Wave Computing- 68,000 square foot 2 story Tenant Improvement

• Sand Hill Construction Management: 2012 to 2017. Project Superintendent, site development of Lester Square- Los Gatos, Main Street Cupertino Retail Center, Marriott Residence Inn- Menlo Park, Marriott Residence Inn- Cupertino, 120-unit Main St. Cupertino Lofts Residences.

• Semenero Builders, Inc.: President and Founder- 1998 to 2012 Residential/Commercial, Custom Homes, Additions, Improvements
