Our family made a choice for Debra to leave their last job to be a caregiver for a family member with a terminal disease that had never married nor had children to care for them while Ron resided in family home for the last four years before being diagnosed with illness. After the end of that experience another family member needed help too. Debra feels honored to be the one that was able to help their situations when no one else would or could to be in a position to be able to do it for both. Meals were made daily, gave medicine all hours of the day and nights, gave breathing treatments, transported to all doctor, testing and treatment appointments, watch TV, talk, play games, listen, being understanding, were helpful in any way that was needed for a terminal diseased person. Started out driving a pull behind tug. Job consist of pulling 4x4 steel containers on four wheels filled with steel parts by hand from assembling lines once filled up attaching carts to the pull behind tug, three containers were allowed while driving product to the designated location n area then replacing with different size & empty container back to keep assembling lines from going down. Boss approached Debra inquiring of their capabilities it was further discussed. AJ chose to place Deb in the lift position. Debra's responsibility then became receiving all parts entering the production area for distribution to all the proper locations throughout the warehouse. Emergency locating part numbered parts, organizing receivable parts, repacking freight in proper sized containers & right quantities, labeling each one with right identifying information, 100% sorting for defects, separate good from the bad, hauling freight to assigned locations and cleaning each day.

Debra started out on top roll assembling line for making car doors. The top roll is the part of the door. One would rest their elbow at the top while driving. Looking for defects, cutting excess vinyl off, tacking loose vinyl down, then packing it. Deb went on to be a forklift driver there Deb removed product in a timely manner off production lines, hauled filled containers to right assigned areas, hauled empty ones back, got components for all lines and things that were needed. The driving job was downsized to workload. Debra was then on different molding machines where it was required to keep up with cycled time machines cleaning, trimming buffing, and packing parts.
