It has been a joy to teach Spanish in Morgan County Tennessee for the last 17 years. I developed a relationship with so many families and will not forget the wonderful memories that we created over the years.
One of my main goals as a teacher was to help empower students and members of the community to utilize their language skills for college and for employment. Each year new students come to me and tell me that they are making more money in their jobs because they can speak to their Spanish customers which is invaluable to their employer. While teaching I became quite proficient at using all aspects of Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, OneNote, Publisher, & Outlook. Utilizing Google Docs, Meet, Chat, Drive, & Sheets. We were required to be proficient at both.
After reading your job description, I feel I would be uniquely qualified to be a Bilingual Customer Service Representative, and be able to help your Company achieve the goals that you are striving for. Every day, as a teacher, I felt like I was required to entice, or sell, to my students the positive aspects of learning Spanish and how learning the Spanish language could benefit their lives. I would love to have the opportunity to help both your English speaking, as well as your Spanish speaking clients.
