Overview

I have been in constuction for nearly 30 years. In that time I have held several titles. I have hands on experience in many of the trades and have management experience as well. As a project manager for insurance work, I did site inspectons to develope a scope of work and estimates to restore damaged structures. I have used 2 different estimating programs- Exactimate & Symbility- and several construction management systems that tracked budget to work completed as well - Contractor Connection, Alacrity, BCS, and others. I have led crews to complete work in a timely and cost effective manner. I am a good team member but have also run my own business and am self motivated.

•Training online and in person.

•Passed OSHA 510 and PIC oral boards.

•Working with CMs on several different projects such as PF5 Warehouse Reconfiguration, CRE Temporary Modifications, CRE Tempoary Locker Room, And PF5 Crane and Electrical Removal.
