Complete all interactions

o The entire page must be viewed, including interactions, before moving ahead to the next slide o All Flash Cards must be viewed

o Slides 5, 8, 12, 18, and 19 have click and reveal interactions that must be completed o Most interactions will show a check mark once they are completed Go to the last slide

If you are taking this course on a mobile device, it is possible that more than one instance of the Relias app or browser could be open. As a result, you may not be closing the correct window. o Check to see if there is more than one instance of the Relias app or browser open o If there is, close all tabs and windows, exit the browsers, then restart Concurrent launches of the course

Should you have more than one instance of the Relias app or browser open and you are trying to relaunch a course, you may get a message telling you that you already have it open in another window. If you get this message, select Cancel.

When your internet cuts out

If you lose your internet connection while taking the course you will be able to move forward in the course, but no progress will be recorded.

o Should you go to the end, the course it will not register a completion o Relaunch the course and select Resume to continue from where you were last bookmarked
