Involved in Monthly Upper Management Meetings. Reviewing changing Operational Costs and making adjustments accordingly. Working with the estimator on items missing from the budget as it is built as well as final approval of budgets. Working with trade partners to update monthly costs in all new budgets and notifying all PM’s of any significant changes. Keeping all jobs on schedule and budget by conducting weekly PM meetings. Reviewing overages with Homeowners. Staying highly apprised of closings scheduled in the next 60 days.

Hired as the Operations Manager. The company consisted of two divisions. One division was high end remodels starting at 1MMk. The other division consisted of custom and spec homes from 2MM to 6MM. Sourcing new trade partners and setting standard pricing. Overseeing all PM’s, spot checking jobs for quality, making myself available to all PM’s at all times for anything that they needed. Pricing, approval and releasing of all Change Orders. Building budget templates in BuilderTrend, approval of all budgets. Weekly reviews of the budgets with the PM’s. Completing all bank paperwork for draws on homes with loans and handling all draws.
