I would fill online orders and then wait for the person to come and get their order. Once arriving we take their first and last name, then once we know the name for the order we begin putting it together quickly. We have multiple places where an order can be, we find every piece of the order then bring it out to their car. We then load everything into the car making sure not to damage or break anything. Then we send them off with their groceries.

Marshalls / sales floor coordinator

At Marshalls I was a CEC that meant I was in charge of the registers, I had to handle large groups of people and aso going back and fourth of giving and taking money from our cashiers. Giving people change for their registers when they did not have enough or taking large amounts of money from cashiers when the amount was too large. Making sure to count all of the money I was taking and writing down the amount to keep track so that we always had a detailed log of how much money was going to and front each register. After a year of doing that I was promoted to sales floor coordinator where I am in charge of the womens and juniors department. I work with my managers to make sure that our new products are getting out on time and making sure to keep an organized department easy for customers. With doing this I learn to take on multiple projects and to get them done on time to move onto the next. I also have to support all other parts of the store such as the registers and our stockroom. Making sure everyone is working on time and on the right tasks.
