Implemented the use of GPS tracking systems in all company vehicles and as a result, our accounting department reported an 18% reduction in unauthorized overtime due to unnecessary stops during business hours. This compliance requirement slashed our fuel costs by 28% in the 3rd quarter of 2014 and an unprecedented 41% in our 1st quarter of 2015.
