I have the qualities of being hardworking, determined, and adaptable. I work hard in everything I do and I give my best all the time and will work hard to get all the tasks/jobs I am given. I am determined to get the work I am given done in the amount of time given or sooner and have it be better than the next person and have it be the right way. I am adaptable in jobs/tasks given if you give me something new I will work my hardest to make sure it gets done right. I am flexible in the positions I am given or tasked with and will do my best to get them done. Another qualification is that I am a team player and I work well with others. There are conflicts with working with others all the time but its about if you're willing to overcome that and put those conflicts aside to get the job at hand done with others and positively collaborate with others. Some places that I struggle in is that I want to get things done fast and right and some times things need to be done slower to get the best result so I need to work on not rushing so much on those jobs and not stressing out as much.
