End user Support both on hardware, mobile devices, software and in-house application. User account management on Active Directory, Exchange 365 admin and Microsoft Azure with SLA. Windows and application deployment using SCCM and asset management. Working on Cisco wireless control to manage APNs, add\remove devices, working on Cisco switches configuring and monitoring network comms for both back office and production environment. Hollard was upgrading Operation System from Windows 7 to Windows 10 and I was a technical lead in a team of 5. The team’s objectives were to upgrade the OS and migrate the users across the platforms. Migrating from the native Exchange 2008 to Exchange 365 and MDM (Mobile Device Messaging) installation. We did Bitlocker and Office Scan migration and installation.
