SUMMARY: Completed Shipfitter training at Newport News Shipbuilding to include stick welding, Arcing, Burning, plasma cutting, grinding and document reading and interpretation. Work as a shipfitter on new construction Virginia Class Submarines from June 2020 to June 2023. My work experience also has been as a Commercial Diving Supervisor with over 20 years in the commercial diving industry with experience in almost all aspects of waterfront operations to include forklift and heavy equipment operator. Employed with Huntington Ingalls Industries at Newport News Shipbuilding from June 2020 to June 2023 as a shipfitter on new construction Virginia class submarines to involve welding, burning, arcing, plasma cutting, grinding and fitting of several types of steel along with reading of blueprint drawings on a daily basis. Employed with Tidewater Block LLC as a concrete block molds welder and fabricator to include upkeep and repair from July 2016 to October 2019. Employed with W. F. Magann Corporation as Diving Supervisor from March 2014 to May 2015. Employed with Crofton Diving Corporation from 1993 – 2013 as a Commercial Diver for six years and then Commercial Diving supervisor for 14 years, involved in the planning, mobilization, execution, documentation and demobilization of projects.
