Duties:

1. Branch service and operations support

Conducting all financial transactions in all currencies through all channels as per the policy and procedures.

Migration of transactions by advising customers on the existence of alternative channels and location of bank agents.

Focus on enhancing distinctive customer experience by delivering quality and timely service.

Ensure the banking hall is well maintained in the standardized neat and pleasant ambience with all the facilities in working order.

Drive and deliver exceptional sales and performance by identifying and recruiting potential customers and cross selling other products.

Calling of customers as per the priority list to cross sell the available financial solutions.

Center the full sales and service support around the customer preference and needs.

Audit all records and transactions as per the audit program and counter check compliance with the approved bank operation procedures and policies. To undertake effective testing and draw responsible supported conclusions and prepare draft report for review by the audit manager.

Inspect various branch and department activities to detect omissions and commission while carrying out normal operations.
