Warehouse Supervisor for Capitol Wright from 2008 to 2014. During that time I overseen 2nd shift employees implementing a safe workplace and making sure work and task were completed. From 2014 to 2023 I was Warehouse Manager for Capitol Wright DISTRIBUTION overseeing all Supervisors and working closely with V.P of operations. I overseen Kpi's, implementing incentives and tracked employees punches for accuracy and correct hours for time cards.
