PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE

I manage and supervise over fifty people. I achieved this by working from the bottom learn the process of stack off, build grabs. learn the stack off configurations where I document how many grabs where built, from there I moved back up lead. Where I was in charge over the forklift, I learn to preinspect lifts before shift started an unload KDF’s from truck and stage material, flip grabs of material and place it on a cart learned all the standards for ops support. Then I moved up to become a crew lead where I in charged over every temp. practice payroll, wrote evaluations and disciplinary actions. Went in to training as a 4+1, learn process of being a 4+1.

After learning all the process, I was able to achieve one of my goals, hired on with Kimberley Clark. From there I went out to robotic cells learn how to pull grabs off conveyor, pyramid stack grabs in warehouse, load trailers, then learn the process of being cell operator and become cell lead for crew four. From their I moved up becoming a machine operator trained and learn the process then became stand lead for crew four on line 6 started up that machine. Had fun through it all meet good people, laugh, and had fun through all the process working for KC, I achieve a lot working through the company.
