Duties /Responsibilities:

* Manpower setting, Monitoring daily duty Schedule, leaves & other facilities and communication with Executive Director for official roles and regulation for smooth operation of department.

*To write all the relevant event's of the shift in the shift log book including any pending actions to be taken in the next shift.

*Responsible to work his roles may also involve operating machines and equipment such as grinder, lathe, shaper, power Hack saw Machine .

*Maintenance work on machinery,Hydraulic system,Pneumatic system,Lubrication system & Utilities such as pumps,compressor,Cranes etc.

*Performing Assembly and disassemble of water pumps, compresor, gearbox, bearing, blower,all type of motor, valve etc.

*To Repair and Maintain Diesel Generator.

*To maintain and handle work on high temperature and pressure pipe line.

*Attend different types of development or modification jobs.

*Updating all kinds of spare parts and maintains minimum level of stock for smooth operation.

*coordinate with workshop, store and other department whenever requires.

*Inspect Individual maintain Quality control parts & service, lath shop jobs.

*Responsible for troubleshoot, assembly, repair and Workshop mechanical maintenance all plant equipment as required supporting plant operation.

*Plan & generate new ideas implementation for engineering and maintenance work.
