WORK DISCRIPTION

Must be acquainted in the application of the provisions of plans and requirements of the general specification of the building construction.

Site/ Construction Supervision, Direct Supervision to the structural foreman/ construction workers before work execution and checking of daily work activities with complete coordination with the MEP’s Engineers.

Responsible for ensuring that the construction including the preparation of the areas upon which the building are constructed are carried out in accordance with the building code and inspection of construction materials before installation.

Prepare actual report on changes of plan, and submit the daily progress, monthly report to the Project Manager

To coordinate with the office personnel about drawings by getting approval from the consultant before work implementations.

To assure the coordination from the Government office and Contractor for the approval of the materials installed as specified in the plan and general specifications as in indicated and Assure the safety of workers on site

Site inspection is conducted before and after of work activities, to ensure the safeness of the workers as per company policy and evaluation of the daily work accomplishment, prepares an assessment report upon the completion of the project.
