Manager of Lab Support and Research and Development (R&D)

Provided day-to-day technical and application support to the scientific community at PTC. Responsible for Internal computer systems, software and hardware, and various lab equipment. Installs, configures and troubleshoots lab equipment in a heterogeneous environment. Interfaced with vendors as required. Maintained passwords, data integrity, and file system security for the Scientific environment. (admin role)

Established and facilitated interdepartmental meetings to establish lines of communication, fast-track problem resolution, and discuss future projects with appropriate staff members, pulling in SMEs as required. Responsible for project participation, including system upgrades, service improvement initiatives and service requests.
