May 2018 (Warehouse Associate) to Present (Area Manager II) Buildings- DSF6, DSF8, OXR1, KRB7

Launched delivery station DSF8 and DSF6 as a Process Assistant and executed the successful onboarding, orientation, training and coaching of over 1,000 delivery station employees in the SF Metro region in response to COVID-19 by taking ownership as a front-line employee during COVID-19 to deliver to customers.

As an Area Manager helped successfully launch OXR1 Fulfillment center and improved the inferred time % from 24% to 15% within operations to utilize the labor hours used which saved the company the operational cost and were able to produce more cartons per hour each shift.

Improved customer/associate experience in OXR1 and KRB7 for which received the Customer Obsession award in 2022 and People Award in 2023.
