Texas Historical Commission June 2021 to August 2021, Oral History Archives Project at Varner-Hogg Plantation and State Historic Site

-Preservation Scholar Intern gaining professional experience in historic preservation, historic sites, community development programs, heritage tourism, and communications.

-Dedicated to the purpose of expanding the Texas cultural historical narrative as compared to previous plantation history that has been dominated by its white owners. Focused on incorporating Hispanic and Black voices connected to the Varner-Hogg historic community.
