TMBL: Trained and coached Finance Leaders and teams in the new ways of working and coached them on how to accept and embed the changes into their teams and day to day work.

EDX: Created workshops for the team’s specific needs and facilitated it to help the team get the outcome that they are trying to achieve. Some examples of workshops are- Chapter and Practices kickoff and setup, team health checks, social contract, relative estimation, team charter, how to unblock blockers, etc.

EDX: Organized and facilitated a virtual 2-day event for 170+ people to help re-organise two tribes and twenty+ squads into their new teams. Helped the people partners in managing this big change by setting up drop-in sessions, sending comms and making sure that the people are comfortable with the change.

EDX: Provided 1:1 coaching for people development and helped with any personal or work issues or blockers or new learnings.

EDX: Organized and facilitated the launch of a new Tribe for 70+ people in a hybrid setup, provided training to make sure that the people are ready for the change and helped with managing the big change for the people.
