Ability to cut costs and being able to reduce them 15%-25%

Marble honing and upkeep of marble including upgrading building appearance.

Skillful in HVAC inspections and testing water to make sure it is free of contaminants while logging all inspections.

Fully knowledgeable with the use of BuildingLink (work orders, package logging, memos, and tenet requests)

Monthly reports created for the board to gain insight on monthly building updates.
