Overview of Professional Experience:

Initiative-driven professional with 28 years of security operations in the Middle East including seven years as a Team/Detail Leader in protective security (High-Threat PSD) and emergency response (ERT) for high- profile principals in Afghanistan, Iraq, Israel, and Kuwait. Additional experience in mobile security. Drafted/implemented operational SOPs and Training Curriculum, oversaw weapons qualifications, trained and supervised personnel. Nine years of award-winning active military service, including 5 yrs w/the 82d Airborne Division. DoD Secret Security clearance expired April 2022. Delivering liability to clients or servicing their ATMs. 3/17 – 07/22 Security Specialist, SallyportGlobal, Balad AB, Iraq Acting as & assisting Shift Lead for approximately 3 weeks preparing/updating required documents and other duties associated therein. Mentor, trainer, and supervisor of Restricted and non-restricted areas within the Flight-line section. Conduct daily training of Iraqi Air Force personnel as well as Sallyport local national security personnel in providing security for their equivalent of a PL1 site (F16s). Training include weapons manipulation (immediate action, functions check, clearing of a weapon, etc.); vehicle and personnel challenges, I-SRT tactical and interdiction responses to include cordons, sectors of fire, small- unit tactics. Submitted power-points (in 2017) suggesting how to “harden” the entry to the Restricted Area as well as Cordon Plan for the ECP area, as well as putting together my personal “playbook”. Participated in Active Shooter scenarios and after-action reviews. Configured the up-armored vehicle as a “proper” tactical response vehicle. Since the creation of mobile response units within the Flightline Section

(separate from the QRF teams), have been a senior specialist with intimate knowledge of my AOR to include supervising and establishing the security perimeter to USG aircraft (UH-60 Blackhawks or C17s). 10/15 – 11/16 Security Officer/2IC, Chenega Infinity Corporation, Romania Static and roving security for a US Military (International Cooperation) site in Romania. Submittal of required contract deliverables (reports) to the client on a daily, weekly, monthly or quarterly basis. Tracking of visas and work permits and their submittal to the Afghan MoFA for action. Monitors the status of the fleet of vehicles, personnel status reporting and coordination of movements and 2

accountability and evacuation of the clients in the event of an attack on the installation. Drafted the Emergency Evacuation Plan based on the Primary and Secondary Safe Locations as directed by the Department of State (DOS). Conduct protective security missions for CIVPOL personnel as needed in a highly volatile and unstable city.

03/12 – 07/14 Armed Guard/ERT, Triple Canopy, Camp Leatherneck, Afghanistan Serve as an Armed Guard as part of a Force Protection Team at the USMC Base, Leatherneck in southern Afghanistan. Duties include manning OPs to identify, deter, and/or delay any external threat(s) to the base, as well as emergency response team (ERT)/mobile patrol duties prepared to respond to any developing or imminent threat(s). Prepared SOPs using Microsoft Word as team tool/guidance. 04/11 - 03/12 Sabbatical

07/07 – 04/11 Emergency Response Team (ERT) Driver, WSI, US Embassy, Kabul, Afghanistan. DOS Certification.

Three- and one-half years as a member of an Emergency Response Team (ERT) responding to any situation that may jeopardize the security of the Embassy and/or personnel. Trained for and conducted small unit/SWAT tactics and dynamic entries to neutralize threats. Prepared Power-point presentations as well as wire diagrams as part of contingency planning for responding. Prepared SOP using Microsoft Word as team tool/guidance.

03/06-01/07 Operations Manager & Team Leader, EODT Tactical Security, FOB Summerall, Iraq

Served as a Security Specialist II (Team Leader) from positions as Night Operations Manager to PSD Team Leader, Convoy Team Leader & Night Road Security Team Leader. Command and control of the Night Shift Team Leader and the Night Road Patrol Team Leader in their respective operations. Drafted SOPs for both elements and supervised weapons qualifications for Gurkha personnel. Created Power-point presentations for instructing said personnel in proper handling and use of their assigned weapons. Maintained accountability records for weapons, ammunition, and other sensitive items issued to all personnel including NVGs, optics, etc. Protective Security Team Leader for those instances when VIP/USG personnel were on site. Planned and executed movements and security perimeters as needed. Drafted and implemented the Protective Security Detail Operations Plan as well as training team personnel in basic protective security protocols. Convoy Team Leader and conducted ASR Hershey Patrol sweeps for route security. As the Operations Manager, wrote the SOP for the then premier Eagle Eye Surveillance System. Supervised/conducted training of the Nepalese & Ugandan guards, to include weapons qualification.

Team Leader, Cochise Consultancy, Tactical Security, FOB Summerall, Iraq

Team Leader for a 12-man tactical security unit consisting or former/retired Rangers & Special Forces personnel. Conducted convoy and protective security operations as well as active tactical mounted patrols on an ASR between the clients’ place of residence and place of work. Maintained accountability records for weapons, ammunition, and other sensitive items issued to all personnel to include NVGs, optics, etc. 3

01/04 – 07/04 Shift Leader, ArmorGroup NA, Protective Security Detail, Baghdad, Iraq

Shift Leader (2IC/Tactical Commander) on a 12-person High Risk Protective Security contract for a White House Level appointee at the Coalition Provisional Authority headquarters in Baghdad. The Client had an extremely fast operations tempo in that he was required to visit all Provinces in country to see what financial aid was required for Reconstruction of their Infra-structure. In doing so, the Client managed the $18 billion allocated funds in this regard. Managed all phases of mission planning and continuous training of team personnel.

09/02 – 05/03 Team Member/Follow Driver, DYNCORP International, Department of State Protective Security Detail (WPPS), U.S. Embassy Tel-Aviv, Israel. DOS Certification

Follow Driver and member of a 4-person protection unit. Provided mounted and dismounted protection of US diplomatic personnel travelling primarily to Gaza but also the West Bank for meetings with the Palestinians.
