ACHIEVEMENTS

The exclusive management of post-contract packages, including enabling works, piling works, and the construction of the terminal building at Muscat International Airport and Sohar Airport, was handled commercially until the contracts with Hill were successfully closed out.

Presently, actively overseeing the management of five post- contract packages while simultaneously working towards the finalization of three MC packages for the Qiddiya Development project.

Designed and put into practice new procedures (workflow) aimed at expediting the certification process and efficiently concluding variations within stringent time constraints.

Demonstrated proficiency in successfully concluding significant accounts—approximately 450 variations were efficiently resolved during the Muscat International Airport project.

Punctual delivery and cost-efficiency were achieved in the execution of pre-contract packages for Logistic buildings, Enabling Works, and Substructure at Sohar Airport, as well as post-contract packages for the Muscat Airport Project.

Effectively contributed to a fast-track project, consistently performing at the highest standards, exemplified in our work on the Sohar Port Container Terminal - Phase-02 Project.

Played a pivotal role in the successful project awarding process within the framework agreement, notably for projects such as Sohar Port and Airport Projects, Qiddiya Project & Airport Projects.
