I was responsible for up to a seven man crew.My job consist of prepping the crew from house to house while preforming on the job training. I was also in charge of all paperwork between the company and the homeowner ( warranty agreements etc.). All sub- contractor bookings was up to my discretion as well. While at Hayes Brakes I worked assembly in three different cells. Often if not always building off a blueprint. We used calibrating hand tools and machines to check for accuracy. Here is where I was trained to use the scanners to locate, move, and ship things in the shop. There very common now days in warehouse workplaces. From cell to cell one person is responsible for moving product to in from cells. This is where I earned the opportunity to get forklift certified thru the company.

February 2010 to December 2012

My time at Southwest Metals I advanced fast. I started as a class D inspector. Worked my way up and tested as a class A inspector and was rewarded the lead position in the Whirlpool final inspection cell. This being more of a small family workplace I was able to take advantage of the open opportunity's and learned the logistics part of things. That later opened the door for me to package and ship from my cell all my own inventory.

• Using hand and power tools to assemble parts used primarily for Harley Davidson Company • Final parts inspector for the Whirlpool cell with 3 other workers working under me • In charge of all tic sheets for the stations indicating which parts were manufactured correctly and which parts needed to be repaired or scrapped
