Engaged to manage the organizational transformation of all commodity data center computing functions to Taylor Technology’s Cloud solution. Service management accountabilities on all endpoints/ Systems and staff were migrated from Venture solutions to Taylor technologies. The transition included the merger of 3 unique infrastructures that were a byproduct of merging 3 acquired entities which resulted in Venture Solutions.
