Looking to work with a company in computer support including software, hardware, Peripheral maintenance,

Installation, Troubleshooting, and configuration of various issues and upgrade options. Add users to Active Directory and Groups as needed. Perform software patches and Virus, Malware, protection. Upgrade windows to Pro and encrypt drive for security. Professionally wipe and dispose of old data storage.

Perform QA inspections for Windows and Linux systems. I currently support 6 engineers and Manage 2 Level IV technicians under my direction. As a team and individually we perform the above actions on a daily basis as well as configure IP and system access including shared folders for resources with high customer satisfaction in mind.

Utilize Backup and cloning software (Casper, DD) software. Use Raritan KVM’s, for desktop and remote access. Familiar with network set-up and IP access control. Rack mount servers and desktop as needed. Perform BIOS, OS updates and patches on all systems to include workstation, desktops, and servers.
