Diagnose malfunctioning systems, apparatus, and components, using test equipment and hand tools, to locate the cause of a breakdown and correct the problem.

Using many tools, which include conduit benders, wire strippers, screwdrivers and pliers; they also ran tests that work with devices including oscilloscopes, ohmmeters, voltmeters and ammeters.
