I promoted to a operations supervisor at the 015 (MEMPHIS, TN DC ) Here i started off responsible as the inbound operations to improve our ipe and gate in and out procedures as well as writing and putting a S.O.P for receiving clerks in action. Once this was COMPLETE, i was moved to Dock supervisor to review and improve all outbound operations as well as train multiple associates on how to drive the bus. in April of 2022 i transferred to the transportation department. In this position i learned the process and procedures or all aspects in the department, as well as creating a S.O.P for the dispatch process. I was used as a back-up planner for vacation coverage.

Apr 2023 – September 2023

Inventory Control Manager, Kroger memphis

I promoted to inventory control manager in april of 2023. in this position i was responcible for all product coming in and out of the warehouse as well as writing many sop’s on inventory counting procedures, damaged product disposal procedures, and many more. I was responcible for keeping all records of loss on a standard loss report and reporting to the divison on pdt, shrink, and buyer dumping.

I have taken classes on business management and associate relations and know what it takes to get the job done and make everyone happy at the same time. I love to help people and lift the teams spirits up. Meeting goals in a safe timely fashion is my main goal. Team management and time efficiency makes me a key person in any project or task I am involved with. I strive to be the best I can. I have knowledge in all warehouse functions as well as transportation. I learn quick and am always looking for new ways to simplify processes to cut cost and maximize profit.
