Intrinsic Therapeutics, Inc. is a privately held startup medical device company that markets the product, Barricaid, a spinal implant to reduce the risk of spinal disc reherniation following lumbar discectomy surgery. Worked in the OR in surgical procedures with Neuro, Spine, and Orthopedic Surgeons that specialized in spine surgery. Assisted surgeons in the OR in key hospitals in Nashville including Saint Thomas Midtown, Saint Thomas West, and Saint Thomas Hospital for Spinal Surgery. In addition, did cases with surgeons in hospitals in Southern KY and the State of TN.

In 1st qtr of 2023 achieved 159% of quota at the time of layoff from the company.

After completing training in the 2nd qtr of 2022, averaged 5 Baricaid cases per qtr and achieved over 100% of quota attainment in the 3rd and 4th qtrs of 2022.

Worked with facilities not only to sell Barricaid, but also assist with the pre-authorization, coding, and reimbursement aspects of the product at the C-Suite level.

Founded independent distributorship, Creative Spine, LLC in March 2019 marketing a portfolio of spine hardware products including Silony, 4 Web, Alphatec Spine, and SeaSpine. Also sold Cerapedics, a biologic. Called on Neuro, Spine, and Orthopedic Surgeons that specialized in Spine Surgery. Assisted surgeons in the OR in key hospitals in Nashville, TN including Midtown Hospital, ACA Tristar Skyline Hospital, and Ascension Saint Thomas Hospital Midtown.

By March 2022, the 3rd year after the founding of Creative Spine, had generated $300k -$500k in revenues.

Started with a zero sales territory and by the end of the first year generated $50k in revenues.

Assisted and trained hospital personnel on surgical instruments, spine products, and procedures.

Cover all cases within the distributorship including ACDF, PCF, LLIF, OLIF, ALIF, deformity, degen and corpectomy.
