30 years of experience in remodeling homes including but not limited to framing, sheetrock, tape and bed, painting, electrical, plumbing, small appliance repair, roofing, and laying concrete. I am HVAC certified and Swimming Pool Certified.

I served as a security officer in Greenville, Texas at Crossroads Mall for 2 years and during that time I was promoted to chief of security in charge of hiring other officers and keeping the mall safe as well as staying visible to prevent thefts and vandalism, etc. I apprehended over 150 shoplifters during my employment.

I am also a former police officer during which I served 6 years as a patrolman, I was promoted to Corporal then Sgt. at Wolfe City Police Dept. for 3 years during this time I made numerous arrests with one of my biggest arrests being a motorist with a mobile meth lab. I spoke at school events as McGruff the Crime Dog. I worked at Mineola police Department for 3 years as a patrolman and also got certified as a bicycle patrolman, I made multiple arrest including making an arrest on a traffic stop in which a felony fugitive for murder was apprehended and a drug ring was brought down as all occupants in the vehicle turned over on their suppliers. One of my proudest moments I responded to a 911 call in which a unknown predator entered a woman’s house to assault her, me and my partner arrived in minutes and made the arrest without incident.

I have worked at a facility for troubled youth as maintenance in which I repaired appliances, sheetrock, replaced doors and windows built structures including framing walls for their new school, awnings and other miscellaneous duties as required, and on some occasions I used my parenting/Christian/ex-police officer skills to mentor some of the children and hopefully impacted their lives. Feb. 28, 2016 worked at an apartment complex in which I have been promoted to Assistant Maintenance. I am HVAC Certified, my job includes supervision of vendors, AC repair and installation, doing work orders including but not limited to plumbing, painting, electrical, sheetrock repairs, window and door installation, appliance repair and installation, make ready, taking care of the swimming pool, ordering maintenance supplies for repairs.

Jan. 25, 2018 currently working at Towne Oaks East And Towne Oaks Towne Homes where I am Lead Maintenance over Both Properties where i supervise a Porter and a Assistant Maintenance. I also schedule vendors to help complete our makereadies and as well as emergency work orders such as floods etc.. Awards and Achievements

My greatest achievement was doing a fundraiser for the Salvation Army where I broke a world record by ringing the bell for 5 days straight and 105 hrs breaking the previous record of 80 hrs, I also raised over

$26,000.00. I was honored by the City of Tyler and local media news and news paper and was given an engraved bell enclosed in glass and a trophy as well as an appreciation day which was televised on local news stations December 18, 2013. and it was featured on Who Wants to Be A Millionaire. I rang the bell outside in tempernated.
