At this role at fedex I manually unloaded/loaded trailers whenever they would arrive. When unloading the trailers we would’ve bring the pallets with us because while unloading the trailers we palletize them to get them ready for the staging area, so the drivers can than take them. On some days we would package the smaller items like phones and accessories and such.

At my position at this facility I was order selecting and what that is I was on a electric pallet jack and was given assigned orders to begin palletizing and given a certain amount of items to pick for the orders. Then when finished shrink wrap the pallet to be ready to onload for the trailers, then just continue till finished. We all cleaned as we go.

Currently for bby I operate a clamp forklift to unload all assigned trailers to me. So when I walk in I check my forklift if it passes all inspections to be safe and ready to operate. Then unload all trailers and put the product away in its staging area and finish all trailers. When finished begin to put all product away in its assigned area with the rf scanner to find it one. When finished go on and help everyone till we all finish.
