I was the first person to greet the guests as they walked in after long days of traveling. I was required to check them in and keep a conversation flowing. I also handled money and was required to answer phones as well. I was also supposed to make sure that the front lobby area looked presentable. · I worked with large groups of kids from ages 2-10 teaching them basic soccer skills and rule regulating some games. I had to lead groups of about 10 kids on my own for a long period of time, sometimes making games up as I went.

· When there was an issue between kids I had to shut it down in a way that they would understand and calmly so i wouldn’t make a huge scene in front of the parents. · I had to work in a fast paced environment, having to think quickly on my feet and memorize specific times that were color coded on certain wristbands.

· I had to work with and calm down upset customers when there was an issue with price or they were given the wrong wristband.
