Currently working at Hills Pet Nutrition as a Support Analyst at

the Topeka Plant my duties are to assist the 24/7 Plant operations

to stay to assist the plant with staying to be online with the

necessary online support to be able to produce the necessary

supply of product needed to keep the plant operational. My duties

include being able to make sure that new employees that are with

operations have the necessary tools needed (laptops, account set up

phone support and application support necessary) to perform the

duties that they are hired for. I also support Production equipment

that is automated to stay online and forklift equipment that relies

on wifi to stay connected and update as well as the RF tablets as

I also support all printer setups as well and follow up with the GITSC department for the plant on all outstanding tickets and issues. Also assist with replacing tape backups replacing workstation and server hardware on an “As needed basis” since I am a “Business Partner” I am limited to what I am allowed to do, however I do what is necessary to assist on keeping the plan open and running on a 24/7 basis.
