Mainly responsible for movement of large capitalized material across the country for fiber installations. Supported several in house programs and worked within Remedy for processing tickets user profile setup and security related permissions within the mainframe.

April 2000 - April 2016 Verizon (sold CA, TX and FL to Frontier)

Primary support of all work order material through a proprietary system and designing web base reports for this material. Became proficient in SQL querying and using the SQL database tables.

Supported SAP security and interfaces between systems.

Did support for all users across the country within my support role with desktops and laptops and printers as needed.

August 1998 - February 2000 GTE Supply (merged to form Verizon)

Primary support of desktop and laptop computers for all of Texas and Arkansas for the Texas region including the main distrubtion center located in Grapevine, TX. This included both Windows and Mac laptops as well as mainframe printers.

I am cheerful, enthusiastic and easy-going. Rigorous in doing things, meticulous in work, and have a strong ability to resist pressure. Able to calmly deal with emergencies and promote work in an orderly manner.
