I was engaged in the day-to-day operations to learn more about the management of the company. I was trained to answer phone calls, book freight, cargo/tracking, prepare shipping manifest and invoices and domestic international transportation arrangements. Also learned various US customs regulations and compliance for exports and imports of different products from the US and into the US.
