Senior Project Manager and Assistant Vice President II – ISO Organization 2022 – 2023

Provided leadership for building and supporting reliable systems for the Joint Communications Support Element (JCSE – Airborne) from the ground up.

Northrop Grumman Corporation – Melbourne, FL

IT Director – Developed the strategy and executed the delivery of all technology and services across four Aerospace design/manufacturing sites, balancing oversight for over 50 projects simultaneously and supporting 10K internal users. Leveraged and orchestrated up to 300+ matrixed reports country wide as needed to steer development and delivery of robust technology solutions. Hired, and developed a new team of 150+ into high performing, multi-discipline IT team delivering on multi-billion-dollar contract. Slashed recurring budget of $20M to $10M over a four-year period by overhauling IT contracts and services.

Digitally transformed the management and reporting structure for classified systems; established systems and automated processes for continuous monitoring and investigation of correlated security data and the appropriate triage and escalation in case of an identified security incident.

Headed cross-functional cultural transformation effort around security practices which resulted in numerous Superior ratings by DSS, and the site receiving multiple James S. Cogswell Awards, a DoD Information Security award given for superior performance on classified systems inspections for seven years running.

Developed and refined business continuity and disaster recovery program; demonstrated capability through successful recovery and rapid operations from multiple natural catastrophes in different regions of the US. Expanded program from single sites into a sector wide program.
