Responsibilities

Review the Electrical drawings, reports, specification and Materials submitted by the CONTRACTOR(S) at each stage of the Design I Construction to ensure completeness, correctness, compliance with the Scope of WORK and agreements requirements.

Carry out construct ability review during the Design I

Construction and modification stages.

Review in a timely manner the CONTRACTOR(S) and SUB-CONTRACTOR(S)submittals and forward comments to the Engineering Manager.

Ensure the CONTRACTOR(S) incorporate the comments raised from previous stages.

Attend Technical Meetings with the CONTRACTOR(S), Sub-Contractor's and COMPANY Team.

Review CONTRACTOR I CONSULTANT'S proposed design organizations and related CV's and report to Engineering Manager on his findings.

Coordinate with PMC's Document Controller and PMC QA/QC Eng. to ensure that all Documents related to his discipline are properly controlled.

Review any alternatives to the Design concept submitted by the CONTRACTOR(S) and SUB-CONTRACTOR(S), prepare and submit a report including recommendation to Engineering Manager highlighting advantages and disadvantages of each alternative.

Review the materials proposed by the CONTRACTOR(S) and SUB-CONTRACTOR(S) and propose alternatives to improve the quality, future maintenance, safety and cost effectiveness.

Review the change requests I variations submitted CONTRACTOR(S).

Review Tender Documents to ensure completeness prior to issuing to Bidders.

Participate in the pre-qualification of the construction contractors.

Review and reply to Bidders clarifications, participate in issuing Bulletins and attending Technical Meetings with bidders during Tender stage.
