Job Responsibilities:

• To report to duty punctually and consistently.

• To have a complete understanding of and adhere to the resort policy relating to fire, hygiene, health, and safety and take necessary action when required.

• To provide guests with friendly, efficient, accurate, and polite service at all times.

• Patrolling and looking at the movements of guests at the assigned location.

Job Responsibilities:

• Patrolling, report making customer service, and access system.

• Responsible for patrolling and keeping records of all security incidents.

• Respond to all emergencies as directed by policies and procedures.

• Identification and boat checking daily in and around the island.

• Always alert and keep an eye on every suspected boat or personnel.

• Provided security services for employees, visitors/contractors, and guests.

• Inform and warn violators of rule infractions such as carrying forbidden things, smoking, and loitering around on the island.

• Provided guests and visitors with escort services.

• Report irregularities like security doors left unlocked, leaking water pipes, unnecessary glowing, safety gears, hazards, etc.

• Regularly patrolling the island, initiating and monitoring investigations, and assisting sick and injured associates and guests.

• Play an active role in the Resort firefighting team, First aid & and response team (ERT).

• Prepare a safety inspection checklist report every month.

• Knowledge of riding a rescue boat around the resort lagoon in case of any emergency. Training is done under Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villa

• Basic Fire awareness training 2017 provided by Ember Fire & Safety PVT LTD

• First aid & and AED training provided by Lifeline Maldives PVT LTD
