ACHIEVEMENTS

As a city carrier and an insurance agent, I developed a fervent desire to solve problems and enhance the quality of life for those I provided services, though I had previously worked in other service sectors. USPS and insurance uncovered needs of customers and communities for example, I created a document for the USPS called the Postal Services Safety Pause Order or PSSPO. The PSSPO order was created to stop unsafe interactions with postal staff and customers during street delivery. It was copyrighted March 23, 2022 and filed with the Library of Congress and that alone inspires me. Because I seek to solve complex problems and possibly change lives even if the process is “one customer at a time”. Also, I am a licensed resident producer registered with the state of Michigan Department of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs Office of Financial and Insurance Regulation. I am returning to school in the Spring/Summer to complete the Risk Management degree to enhance my skill set and further my career in the insurance industry.
