I’m a hard worker and dedicated to driving and I guarantee if I’m given the opportunity I will be one of your top revenue earners as well as one of the top 5 best drivers you will have if I’m given the opportunity to shine I will be like the North Star and shine bright and I won’t disappoint and I’m never late to appointments due to driver error ever and if it’s possible to make it legally and safely on time I will make it for sure on time if not early to start the 10hr break and I utalize my hos to best of there potential and try to make every minute a mile that I can drive that’s my goal is to make the most miles behind me each time I drive because if I’m not getting the miles done then neither one of us are making money and I expect to use every minute possible to make money and get things done. And treat every customer with respect and kindness even when there rude and mean I still just kill them with kindness until they can’t help but be nice. I’m really good at scheduling and planning my loads as well and I like to get to know my customers and build relationships and do them favors that way they end up unloading me ay and I get more done that way. I try to have my break over with by the time I unload that way I can roll again it’s all about sleep 10 drive 11 or work 14 and sleep 10 again no matter what the time is I roll day or night rain sleet snow or shine. I only shut down if I feel that it’s just to dangerous to drive or if I’m just waiting time compared to if I sit it out and wait to be able to drive the speed limit instead of 30mph in the snow it’s sometimes worth waiting 10 hrs for road to be cleared and weather to let up due to being able to haul butt again safety Authorized to work in the US for any employer

Work Experience

OTR Lease Operator

Super Ego Holding LLC - Elmhurst, IL

June 2023 to November 2023

Lease to own independent contractor with a walk away lease and it was Otr driving all over USA they where cutting the rates of what the loads paid and I literally couldn’t make a profit even when I’d get 6 loads in a week and getting over 4,000 miles a week I’d only break even or make less than $500 take home I only cleared take home of around $4,000 the whole 4 or 5 months I worked for them and there safety concerns where terrible I requested a steer tire to be replaced from day one and they denied the fix then two days later the tire starting pilling and I requested it to be replaced every day there after and I’d sit at the tire station for 4 to 8 hours waiting on a authorization and they would say yes it needs replaced to just wait until they hear back from their supervisor for the authorization and a way to get it paid for and I’d wait that long and end up having to leave the shop to make it to my customers on time and they would leave the office at 5pm then I’d repeat this every day almost for 7 to 10 days then the tire blew out driving on the interstate and it wrapped around my steering arm assembly some how locking my steering wheel in place to where I immediately ran off the road straight into a concrete overpass pylon pillar and somehow I walked away from this accident with no injuries to myself thank god because I was driving 70mph and god literally saved my life because the front of the trailer was centered into the pole and the truck left side got pilled and slammed along drivers side and totaled out both truck trailer and the load but how the truck didn’t hit center into the pole only god can know how he made that not happen and saved my life and then once this happened I was done trying to make it work with this company because that’s terrible not to authorize a tire to be replaced and I was forced to drive with a tire like that. And ultimately caused me an accident and they kept my paycheck when I quit for no reason when I owed them no money. They just kept it because there just a bad company to work for. OTR Truck Driver
