• Operate preheat train to obtain required temperature of feed and decrease Furnace duty.

• Use dehydration section to remove moisture from feed.

• Control all parameters of the unit to produce specifications on grade products.( Rws,Raw Low toxicity kerosene Oil and Raw Naphthanic Oil).

• Ensure smooth circulation of bottom product into Reboiler to control column bottom Level, prevent tube rapturing of Reboiler and Excess vaporization of feed.

• Ensure smooth circulation of therminol oil into reboiler and Expansion vessel to avoid vaporization of therminol oil.

• Operate Desalter to Remove Salts and desalter normal operation.

• Responsible for the Smooth operation of Furnace to Prevent Possible Tube cocking, Flame impigment, over firing etc.

• Control all parameters of the unit to produce specifications on grade products (Naphtha, JP1, Lwk, MTT, HSD, DFO and FFO).

• Operate LPG treating Section to Conform Doctor test, Weathering test and Removal of H2S and moisture from LPG.

• Operate stabilizer section to control IBP and RVP of naphtha.

• Responsible for the smooth operation of assigned plant area.

• Logging of different parameters of plant.

• Emergency handling to prevent production loss & their relative hazard.

• Monitoring & ensure smooth operation of unit.

• Commissioning of pumps, Hot pumps exchangers and desalter etc.
