RESPONSIBILITY

Carry out surveys/quotations for tenders, organizational and

individual orders.

Follow up with the Client/Contractor for resolving the requirements.

Ensure all the offers provided for enquires as per

required/current standard.

Conveying technical and feasible solutions to both the client and company.

Chaired with estimator and client to finalize the project and

technical prospects.

Co-ordination with the service supervisors for the installation of

approved product

Ensuring that the commissioning of the works is done as per the requirement.

SHORT DESCRIPTION:

Handling HVAC works at site.

Quantity takeoff of all the HVAC works.

Handling Manpower and assignment of job.

Submitting inspections after ensuring that the work is done as per the

Approved specifications, Drawings and Method of statements.

Planning for material and manpower to achieve the target as per schedule.

Material management and follow-up with Procurement department.

Preparation/Implementing preventive and corrective actions to avoid the mistakes.

Co-ordination with Main-Contractor for smooth site execution.

Preparation and submission of Material submittals and Method of statement.

Attending Site meetings concerning the work progress.

Preparation of weekly progress report.

Reporting to Project Engineer and Construction Manager. Closing

the Site observation reports.

Rising of RFI’s if it requires.

Attending with the Consultant for Inspections.

Assisting Testing & Commissioning.

Attending the safety site walks and meetings with consultant and clients.

Had worked on operation and installation of Air Handling Unit & Fan Coil

Units for central HVAC system.

Had worked on maintenance of different types of valves, Dampers,

pumps and HVAC auxiliaries.

Hands on experience on HAP software for Heat load calculation of HVAC

System.

Hands on experience of BETA software for selection of diffuser, grills.

Hands on experience on software for selection of AHU & FCU. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Reviewing the design/shop drawing.

Always following the updated / revised drawing and submitting

the variation report to the contracts dept.

Ordering Coordinating to avo d repetit the Required with ve other work.material trades civil, as per electrical Specifications.,electronics, and finishing

Preparing weekly report and submitting to the Project manager

and highlighting the Problems affecting the Progress on site.

Ordering long lead items in advance to meet the schedule.

Attending site meeting with other trades and taking actions for the

requested Items f or mechanical works.

Preparing back charges for the damage and submitting it to the

Project manager.

Highlighting the problems in drawing by raising RFI, ECR. OTHER TECHNICAL SKILLS:

Familiar with the basic programming in C, C++

Auto CAD, MS Office

Designing in Dassault Solid works

Analysis using Heat load calculation softwares.

Autodesk REVIT
