I have over 16 years of experience in many and varied aspects of Engineering, Procurement and Construction Projects (EPC) in a diverse range of construction projects such as (Compounds, Residential Buildings, Infrastructure, Power Stations, Commercial Buildings, Hotels, Banks, International Schools) Specialist in managing and monitoring of all low voltage systems (MVSG, RMU, Generators and ATS, UPS, Lighting system, Grounding system. & Light current systems such as CCTV, FA, PA, ACCESS Control, Data and Telephone, KNX System.)

In addition, managing the procurement of electrical materials and approval by the consultant according to the specifications and the list of approved manufacturers and supervising all stages of the contract until the delivery of materials to the site.

Introduction & Key Responsibilities:

My role is to manage and leads the Electrical team in establishing, updating, and monitoring the project baseline schedules, managing the contractual obligations, Support the Project management team to ensure and secure the project completion without any deviations. Responsibilities:

• Inspecting the construction of works to ensure compliance with the Contract Documents and approved shop drawings and submittals.

• In case of non-Compliant procedure, Site Inspector will immediately report to the Engineer and issue NCR.

• Inspecting site conditions prior to start of construction activities.

• Reviewing materials delivered to site for conformance with approved samples, materials and equipment and report findings.

• Checking that materials delivered to site are properly stored and report discrepancies.

• Preparing daily logs and reports, maintaining records of inspections made, tests performed, work executed, etc.

• Performing all work in accordance with the Client Procedures Manual. Observing site safety practices and site progress updates and reporting any work-related concerns.

• Assisting with the inspection of completed works and helping prepare punch/snag lists and monitoring the start-up, testing, commissioning and handover of the works.
